Aruvikkara

Aruvikkara Dam is situated in Thiruvananthapuram district around 15 km from Thiruvananthapuram city. There is a Devi (Godess) temple here, which attracts a lot of tourists. The stream in front of the temple contains large fishes, which are fed by the devotees visiting the temple.

Peppara

Agastyakoodam

Agasthyarkoodam, one of the highest peaks in the Western Ghats (1,868 metres). Agasthyarkoodam is a pilgrimage centre for devotees of the Hindu sage Agastya. There is a full-sized statue of Agathiyar at the top of the peak.

Varkala
