Aruvikkara Dam is situated in Thiruvananthapuram district around 15 km from Thiruvananthapuram city. There is a Devi (Godess) temple here, which attracts a lot of tourists. The stream in front of the temple contains large fishes, which are fed by the devotees visiting the temple.
